Ya girl LOVES a routine, honestly. She's a planner, she's habitual, she's a runner, she a track star. But srsly, routines changed my life. Being "high maintenance"?  A compliment. You mean I take the time and energy to take care of myself and better my life? Damn right.
But let's be honest, we can't all have 67 step routines complete with hot/cold therapy, meditation, journaling, aroma therapy, butterfly gardens, and running a marathon. We just can't.
Here is my list of habits and routines that I personally love, stick to, and have changed my life. We all have different lifestyles, but I leaned all of mine from others- let's learn from each other :)
